The Colonial Players Production Team is pleased to announce the availability of our newly revised Production Manual! This update is almost a complete rewrite of the July 2010 version with the intent of adding new and helpful information necessary to be successful when producing a show at Colonial Players. It has been updated to reflect our current policies and procedures, and ensure what we have written down is what we actually do. In addition, the following updates are included:
- Completely revised staff position descriptions
- A Producer's Checklist highlighting all of the tasks required of a Producer and their associated timeframes
- A Stage Manager Checklist highlighting the critical items for which a Stage Manager is responsible
- Facility access policies and procedures
- Six new diagrams of the stage, theater, and lighting grid detailing dimensions and height
- Several commonly used forms, as well as some new forms to assist Producers with their job
- Updated Performer and Staff Information Sheets
- A completely revised Fire Policy
- A new Accident Policy and Accident Report Form
- A Reimbursement Form
