Board Elections at Colonial Players!

Every vote counts at our March 27th General Membership Meeting, 7:30 pm at the Colonial Players theatre, 108 East Street, Annapolis. CP members will be voting for President, Human Resources Director, Production Director, and Operations Director. We have three candidates for President, two for Human Resources Director, and two for Production Director. Come to the meeting and let your vote count! In addition to the election, board members will present reports on their activities since the last general membership meeting to bring everyone up to date on what's happening at the theatre! Questions and recommendations will be welcomed. We will also be discussing and voting on two Bylaw amendments.

As always, a reception will be held following the meeting giving everyone time to catch up with fellow Colonial Players members. Snacks and beverages will be provided by the theatre. We hope to see everyone there!

Absentee Ballots: If you are unable to attend but are eligible to vote, we encourage you to participate in the election via Absentee Ballot. Absentee Ballots will be provided to qualified voters upon request; instructions for return of the ballot will accompany the ballot. Please allow sufficient time for a ballot to be provided and returned prior to the March 27, 2012 General Membership Meeting, as all ballots must be in hand at the meeting for the votes to count.

Election Note: To be eligible to vote in the election, your membership must have been current by January 1, 2012 per Section VI.B.2 of our Bylaws.
