The Colonial Players is hosting a special post-show forum, featuring four professional opera singers, following the Sunday, January 21st matinee of Quartet. This Q + A discussion of the challenges and rewards of the singing life will culminate in a live performance of the quartet from Rigoletto, for which this production is named.

Join Aurelio Dominguez (Virginia Opera’s Duke), along with local soprano Rachel Sitomer, who made her New York debut to critical acclaim in The Medium; mezzo Leslie Procter, who has performed several world premieres in Baltimore and soloed at the Seoul Arts Center; and Jason Buckwalter of the Washington National Opera. Diane Kinsley, of Opera AACC will accompany.

The post-show event is free and open to the public, and will begin around 4:30 pm; please join us for this enlightening discussion!
