As we take the steps to safely reopen Colonial Players while we navigate the COVID restrictions in place, it is important to recognize that things will be different! There is no “perfect” way to proceed during this pandemic, but we have drawn upon the guidelines suggested by local, state, and federal agencies, experts, and associations, and in particular, on the guidance provided by the State of Maryland document “Best Practices for Businesses to Reopen Performances and Theaters”. While there is no way to eliminate all risks related to COVID-19, these requirements and procedures are aimed at decreasing the risk of getting or spreading the infection. By entering Colonial Players’ facilities, contractors, volunteers, and patrons voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
