Our holiday selection is the warm, family-friendly The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, based on the book by Barbara Robinson, and adapted for the stage by the Seattle Children’s Theater. The town’s Christmas pageant has become boring and predictable over the years. This year, however, looks to be a little different, now that those awful Herdman kids are trying out. Hilarity and mayhem run rampant in this festive tale of understanding, caring, and the meaning of Christmas.

Freaky Friday, the musical
Book by Bridget Carpenter
Music/Lyrics by Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkey
April 2020

Our spring musical is, in a word, FREAKY. Freaky Friday, that is. With music by Tom Kitt, lyrics by Brian Yorkey, and the book by Bridget Carpenter, this well-known tale of a mother and daughter who switch bodies gets a new energy. Riotous humor, plus music that will leave you humming, is an equation for a night of theater you won’t, like, soon forget!

The Revolutionists
Written by Lauren Gunderson
May - June 2020

Come with us to Revolution-era France where a powerhouse quartet of women - Charlotte Courday, Olympe de Gouges, Marie Antoinette, and Marianne Angelles - give you an evening of scintillating humor and biting commentary about violence, activism, feminism, and compatriotism, all against the background of 1793 Paris. Devastatingly funny, and a feast for the eyes, Lauren Gunderson’s The Revolutionists is the show you will not want to miss.
