Board Elections at Colonial Players!

The General Membership Report from the Board of Directors is available online on our Downloads page. Please take the time to read through the reports of our hard working board members and volunteers! Also included are bios of the election candidates and summaries of the proposed Bylaw changes that will be voted on at the meeting. Printed copies of this report will be available at the meeting on Tuesday night, March 27 at 7:30 PM.

At the meeting, CP members will be voting for President, Human Resources Director, Production Director, and Operations Director. We have three candidates for President, two for Human Resources Director, and two for Production Director. Come to the meeting and let your vote count!

In addition to the election, board members will present reports on their activities since the last general membership meeting to bring everyone up to date on what's happening at the theatre! Questions and recommendations will be welcomed. We will also be discussing and voting on Bylaw amendments.

As always, a reception will be held following the meeting giving everyone time to catch up with fellow Colonial Players members. Snacks and beverages will be provided by the theatre. We hope to see everyone there!

Election Note: To be eligible to vote in the election, your membership must have been current by January 1, 2012 per Section VI.B.2 of our Bylaws.
