The Colonial Players Board of Directors adopted a new version of the Resolutions at the June 17, 2013 meeting. The following changes are included in this update, listed by section:

• B.5.e: Updated language to reflect current practice for selection of stand-in Play Consultants 
• E.3: Inserted language to document CP's policy regarding transportation, parking, and citation fees
• F.9: An increase to the number of tickets that CP can donate to charitable organizations in Anne Arundel County each year (160, up from 140)
• G.4: Update to the membership policy stipulating that cast members opting to use their double-run meal stipend to cover their membership dues are not elligable for complimentary tickets until the date of the double-run performance, the date on which they become members in good standing.
• I.7: Update to language to ensure consistency with new Production Manual. Removed language for pre-show announcement since this is now documented in the Production Manual. New language also allows for a non-recorded announcement ("script") where appropriate and approved by the Production Director.
