The Colonial Players is pleased to announce that the slate for our 2014-2015 season has been selected and we are now accepting applications from prospective directors! Applicants are encouraged to visit the Downloads page of our website to obtain an application form.

All prospective directors must participate in a director interview with members of the director selection committee. At present, we expect director interviews to occur in the latter part of March, 2014. As the schedule firms, applicants will be made aware of the interview dates. During the interviews, prospective directors will have a chance to expand on the information provided on their applications. Directing experience is required and experience directing theatre-in-the-round is preferred. Having a potential production staff gathered, while appreciated, is not required. The application form, available here under the "Forms" heading, is a fillable PDF which can be saved and submitted via email.

The Colonial Players is an all-volunteer organization, and we welcome new members all season long. Auditions are open to actors of all backgrounds and experience. We offer on-the-job training for all crew and tech jobs. Positions with The Colonial Players are not paid, but we offer a fun community service opportunity with a team of dedicated, skilled, and talented individuals.
