Another Round!
The first Sunday of the months of May, June, July, and August, Harry Browne's (downtown on State Circle) will host the Colonial Players Pub Reading Series.
Our second reading of 2014 will take place on Sunday, June 1st at 7 p.m. and will be our second musical, following the obscene success of Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson. A romantic comedy, I Love You Because by Joshua Salzman and Ryan Cunningham will continue the June MUSICAL tradition!
I Love You Because is a modern twist on Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice, set in New York City. A young, uptight greeting card writer’s life is changed when he meets a flighty photographer. Along with their eccentric friends and siblings, they learn to love each other not in spite of their faults, but because of them. This hilarious, sexy musical promises to thrill and delight.

Stop by and enjoy theatre in a congenial atmosphere. Comedy and drinks...what more do you need to get over the Sunday Night Blues?
These readings are very popular, so you may want to get there early to guarantee a seat, but short enough that you can stand and still enjoy them.
