Colonial Players is hosting a post-show discussion for A Few Good Men in the theatre immediately after the evening performance on Saturday, November 1, 2014. This exciting courtroom drama by Aaron Sorkin follows a trio of officers intent on learning the truth behind the wrongful death of a marine. While building their case, they uncover the codes, ethics, and personalities of the men’s commanding officers, revealing a complex mix of duty and psychology.
Please join the cast, crew, and director as they discuss the play’s characters, themes, and issues brought up in the play. Director Jeff Sprague is himself an attorney, a former captain in the US Air Force, and a graduate of VMI. We are also fortunate to have Colin Hood, a local attorney with military justice experience, joining us for the discussion to give us his insights into the ethics and legal processes within the military.
The post-show event is free and open to the public, so please join us for this enlightening discussion! You do not need to attend the evening performance to attend the discussion.
