The Colonial Players is excited to announce the 2020 trip to New York City! The dates for the trip are set for the weekend of March 7 and 8, 2020 and, as with previous trips, it will be a “Free Range” format where those who have signed up can choose what shows (and how many) they would like to see. We will email a Theatre Packet of shows, ticket websites and dining options, and we will have an evening in Annapolis beforehand so people can coordinate if they would like to see shows and/or have dinner together.

As in previous years, the transportation will be by bus to reduce costs.

The itinerary is as follows:

Saturday, March 7th, 2020

• 8:00 a.m.: Meet at the Bladen Street Garage in Annapolis, where we can park for free over the weekend and board the bus.
• 12:00 p.m. (approx): We arrive at the Edison Hotel on 47th Street. Giving everyone enough time to purchase Saturday evening tickets at TKTS, etc. (or for those who have purchased tickets ahead of time, to go to the matinee they have purchased).
• Option to have dinner together at Carmines or somewhere else.

Sunday, March 8th, 2020

• Everyone has the option to see a matinee on Sunday (again, either purchasing tickets ahead of time or at TKTS that day.
• 7:00 p.m.: We get back on the bus for the trip home.

This package includes:

• Bus up to New York and back
• One night, double occupancy hotel room
• Information on shows, ticket sites and dining options

The current price is $377 per couple. To reserve your space, a down payment of $240 per couple is due by January 31, 2019.
