Katherine Blake is getting married. Ellie Blake is getting in trouble. Or is it the other way around? It’s a busy day in the Blake household when Katherine’s rehearsal dinner and her daughter Ellie’s social event of the year - a scavenger hunt aptly named “The Hunt” - fall on the same night. When the overworked mother and teenage daughter magically swap bodies, they have just one day to put things right again. Based on the beloved 1972 novel by Mary Rogers, and the hit Disney films, Freaky Friday is a heartfelt and comedic update on an American classic.
